Our Cessna Hawk XP with its powerful (195hp) six-cylinder Continental IO-360, is a bit faster(130Kts) and climbs better than the plain vanilla Skyhawk. Maintenance is average but fuel burn is slightly higher but compensated by higher speed in our opinion. Its built under license in France and therefore properly protected against corrosion.
We have the engine zero timed in 2009.
The equipment includes a 3 blade constant speed prop, Autopilot (2-dim), dual radio's, new transponder, VOR's etc.
The D-EBXR is privately owned and based in Kerry Ireland (EIKY).
